Safety & Training
America Rents offers Aerial and Forklift Training Certification! Each course takes approximately 1 hour; at the end of the training your staff members will receive a wallet size training certificate that is valid for 3-years! Training is FREE for customers that commit to rent exclusively from America Rents for a duration of 1 calendar year! Training can be done onsite!
- Course training cost for non-exclusive customers is $199 per employee — for either Aerial or Forklift.
- Training is dependent on equipment availability. Customer can provide their own equipment; however the equipment must function as designed by the manufacturer.
- Training:
- Conducted using an approved DVD on 32" LCD TV
- Written True/False test, followed by open discussion of each question and answer
- Physical orientation of a representative piece of equipment
- Equipment operation and demonstrations
- Customer will provide the power. Discounted generator rentals are provided for a $25.00 charge. No delivery or pick-up will be charged.
- Companies must schedule training and provide a list — via email or fax — of the attendees at least 2-days prior the scheduled training date.
- Training will only be provided in the immediate area of store’s area of service.
